To keep a local schedule for this person you must also give them a staff role and allocate availability.

To start fresh it is best to delete the entire Protosoft folder after you have uninstalled the program. This will manually remove all files the installer does not have permission to remove.

Method #1 (using the same email address in two places)

Your email client (program like Outlook or Outlook Express) likely has a leave on server for x days feature.

This feature is found here in Microsoft Outlook 2003:

Tools->Email Accounts->View or change... ->Next

Change->More Settings->Advanced->Leave a Copy...

Remove after x days - make it long enough that you will check email at both places and get them all.

In your control panel under Forwarders you can add an entry that will copy all emails to another address.]]>
